In Svalyava, a driver hit a child

Officers of Svalyava police are establishing the circumstances and causes of a car accident in the district center.  

The police received a report of an accident on Verkhovynska street in Svalyava. The investigative team at the scene determined that the driver of a "ChevroletLacetti" had hit a child born in 2008. The boy was taken to Children’s Hospital of Mukachevo. 

The driver was tested for the state of intoxication, he was sober. The "Chevrolet Lacetti" was delivered to Svalyava district police. A criminal proceeding over this incident was initiated under Art. 268 of the Criminal Code, that is violation of the traffic rules.
