According to her, the relevant decision was made by the Volovets District Court. The judge invalidated and revoked state deeds of title to the land located on the territory of Pylypets village council. A criminal case against the former village head was instituted over forgery and abuse of power or official position, which resulted in serious consequences.
"The investigation established that the former village head of Pylypets had signed and certified the decision of the village council session on granting title to two land plots. However, it was found out that this issue was not even discussed by the deputies," – Kateryna Khyzhnyak said.
The decisions are expected to enter into force.
