In Mynai, homeless people set fire to a new building

In the evening of May 17, there was a fire in the village of Mynai in Uzhgorod district, the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region informs.
At 19:35, the rescue service received a report of a fire in a new building on Zhytnya street. According to local residents, the fire was probably started by homeless people, who found shelter in the building,.
Two branches of the 14th state fire and rescue unit arrived at the scene. At 19:47, firefighters managed to contain the fire and in 10 minutes, at 19:56, to completely eliminate it. The fire did not cause significant damage: only 1 square meter of garbage was destroyed.
Law enforcement is currently establishing the cause of the fire.
