The average wages, according to the statistical data for entities in January-September 2016, in Mukachevo amounted to 4,487 UAH (4,109 UAH in the region), which is 9.2% higher than the average rate in the region and 29.3 percent higher than that in the corresponding period of 2015.
The average number of employees in the city is 24,045 persons, or 14.22% of the total amount in the region. In the third quarter, the employment center facilitated in the employment of 1,815 persons, including 400 unemployed.
During the nine months, the employment center registered 534 unemployed persons in search of work. In total, 1,067 people are registered as unemployed, including those carried over from the last year (533 people).
