In Mukachevo district, the new head of the district was introduced

Today, in the assembly hall of Mukachevo District Council, the new head of Mukachevo district state administration was introduced.  According to the decree of the President of Ukraine, it is Vasyl Kubarych. The new head of the DSA was introduced by the head of the RSA Vasyl Hubal and the Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko. The event was also attented by Mukachevo District Council Chairman Ivan Mykhailo, the Chairman of Mukachevo City Council Zoltan Lend’yel, members of regional, district councils and village heads.

 Vasyl Hubal said that the district had received a young leader, and that, in his opinion, it would be a factor that would bring innovative approaches and ideas for reform implementation in the management of public administration.

"Our goal is reforms in the fields of education, medicine and culture. The formation of the Transcarpathian team, that will be working for ordinary Transcarpathians, is taking place now. We will do everything possible so that the community see that the government is working for them. The new leader was appointed to enable  Mukachevo district to consistently carry out reforms" – Vasyl Hubal said.

The head of the region asked local government leaders to unite around the interests of the community of Mukachevo district and to show the whole country how they can work for the people.

Vasyl Kubarych first thanked the management of the country and the region for the trust. "I feel great responsibility, because I have not worked in public institutions. I rely on the support of village heads and deputies. I will do everything possible to make people feel that the government has started to work in new ways. First of all, I will set to my team the task to work professionally, for the people. We have laws on the fight against corruption, and we will fight this evil. If there is a support, we will succeed in our common goal", – the newly appointed head of Mukachevo DSA said.

REFERENCE: Vasyl Kubarych was born on January 7, 1973 in the village of Pidplesha in Tyachiv district. In 2000, he graduated from the High School of Law at the Institute of State and Law  of the NAS of Ukraine, having acquired the qualification of a lawyer.

From 2006 to 2011, he headed the company "Dimitrov", and later – "Premier Auto". Prior to his appointment as the head of Mukachevo DSA, he worked as the general director of the "Auto Accord" LLC.
