On Saturday night, a 62-year-old retiree reported to Mukachevo police that during the day, an unknown person, by breaking the window of the house on Leo Tolstoy street, which is owned by her son who is currently on holiday in Austria with his family, had entered inside and stolen a metal safe from the bedroom on the second floor.
In the safe, there were $ 300, two gold women’s watches, a men’s watch, two iPhones in packages with documents, three passports. The house is not equipped with alarm and video surveillance systems and is located opposite the City Prosecutor’s Office. At the scene of the crime, the police found a kitchen knife and a cylindrical lock mechanism. The amount of material loss is about 80,000 UAH.
