Yesterday, the regional police received a report of the Khust city police officer that at 17.00 in Khust, on Pushkin St., he together with a traffic inspector had made an attempt to apprehend a previously convicted resident of the village Drahovo, who, according to Tyachiv District Court ruling, must have been detained and escorted to the court.
During the arrest the citizen I. was in the car Jeep "Grand Cherokee", he refused to get out of the car as requested and started to drive. To prevent escape, the police officers decided to block him by standing in front of the car. Then, the police officer jumped on the hood of the car and rode like that almost a kilometer. Then, the car slid into a ditch. After breaking the glass on the door of the vehicle with a branch, the police officer tried to apprehend the repeat offender, but the latter escaped.
