A 27-year-old resident of one of the villages in Beregovo district reported to Beregovo District Police that she was beaten by a relative. According to the woman, the drunk man was beating his wife and when she tried to protect her – he hit her on the head and pushed down the stairs.
The criminal proceeding over this fact was opened under Part 1 of Art.125 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
