In August, Uzhgorod deputies will hear report on budget implementation

At the regular session of Uzhgorod City Council, the deputies will consider the report on the implementation of the city budget in the first half of this year. According to the submitted document, in the first half of the year, the city budget received revenues in amount of UAH 332 million 985.8 thousand, which is 118.6% of the expected calculations. The increase is UAH 52 million 332 thousand. The budget revenues compared with the last year increased by 45%.

The structure of the general fund budget revenues has undergone significant changes compared with the same period of 2014. Individual income tax is still the largest source of budget revenues – 58.1%. However, there is a significant reduction of its share from 91.3% in the last year to 58.1%, primarily due to the decrease in the percentage of its payments to the city budget from 75% in the previous year to 60%. The revenues from this tax amounted to UAH 83 million 437.6 thousand, which is 10.8% less than the corresponding figure in the last year. The city received nearly UAH 18 million from sales of excisable goods. From the property tax – UAH 584 thousand.
