Igor Strichyk: within a week, 60% of the Chop customs officers will donate blood

Blood donation is voluntary choice and act of a person. However, today, it is the civic duty of every conscious Ukrainian, who worries about Ukraine and about the events taking place in the East, to help with anything they can. Today, – Igor Pavlovich Strichyk, the Acting Head of the Chop customs says, – I and Viktor Ivanovich Ivanusa, the Acting First Deputy Head of the Chop customs, are donating blood, and within this week, 60 percent of employees of the Chop customs will also join the action.

– This is not the first time I donate blood. I donated when I was a student, and in the army, and often during the service at the customs office. I want to draw attention to such a good cause – the Acting Head of the customs office said.

Yesterday Igor Strichyk and Victor Ivanusa donated 450 ml of blood. Therefore, employees of the Transcarpathian regional blood transfusion station can use it both directly for treatment and for production of appropriate medications. The main thing is that people, who give part of themselves to save lives and health, are conscious citizens of the state.
