Restoration of the Borzhava narrow-gauge railway in Irshava caused a real hype among local residents and tourists. On Friday, August 11, hundreds of people came at the train station "Irshava" to see the train with a retro-steam engine GR-280.

– The historic building of the station itself has been cosmeticly been repaired, and the adjoining territory has been cleaned, – Hennadiy Moskal said, – Along the tracks (which have not been used for the last three years), they have mown the grass and removed garbage, and the adjoining area was asphalted. By the way, on Friday and Saturday, foreign tourists from Hungary and Poland came to take a ride on the retro-train. And for the residents of Irshava, the restoration of the Borzhava narrow-gauge railway became a real holiday.

The retro-train GR-280 will be making tourist trips from Irshava to Vynogradiv until the end of August. The timetable, which was posted earlier, remains the same.
