House prices have fallen in Uzhhorod. However, only in foreign currency.
This did not lead to great changes in the real estate market. The situation is stable. Nevertheless, Uzhhorod is in the top ten cities with the most expensive real estates.
What concerns rental housing, the prices fell as well. The first and main reason for this is the increase of the cost of fees for municipal services. The citizens’ income did not increase. Thus, solvency did not change. As a result, all this led to the replacement of the payment currency.
