His description: he was wearing a gray jacket, black pants, black shoes, blue shirt, black leather cap on the head.
He was last seen in the vicinity of Lavrischev and Gagarin streets. He was not carrying any ID. He likes to ride public transportation to final stops. He may forget his name.
