The head of the Parliament appreciated the creative idea of volunteers, who invented and made the mineral water branded with the original label featuring a volunteer bear. After reading the lable, he laughed and praised the creative idea, Alla Hayatova says.

However, the communication was not at all playful, as they were talking about the nuances of fiscal decentralization in the context of our region, members of the Transcarpathian delegation say.

As is known, the mineral water "Tears of a separatist" is a creative invention of Transcarpathian volunteers and is in great demand at volunteer campaigns to support Transcarpathian soldiers. Today, the mineral water was presented to the Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Groisman, as evidenced by the photos posted by Transcarpathian participants of the meeting in social networks.
