November 27, employees of the National Park "Synevyr" saved a bear, which had been kept in improper conditions in Chortkiv district, Ternopil region. The animal was successfully transported to the Rehabilitation center for brown bears of the National Park "Synevyr" by a special car that had been provided by the international organization "Four Paws", the National Park "Synevyr" informs.
Untill now, there have been 12 animals in the Rehabilitation center for brown bears, now the thirteenth bear has joined the family. She is 25 years old. Here, she will undergo rehabilitation, all necessary veterinary procedures, etc., and will continue to live in semi-free environment of the Center occupying the total area of 12 hectares.
