Uzhgorod city center of social services for families, children and youth, on the occasion of the International Children’s Day, organized in the "Pidzamkovy" Park a social event for Roma children, the Uzhgorod city council informs.
Representatives of the Roma community- Janos Baloh, Miroslav Horvat, Zsolt Lakatos – together with social workers invited children to show their talents in drawing on the pavement, singing and reciting poetry, and conducted conversations with their parents about the active involvement of children in cultural and educational programs. At the end of the event, the kids were given ice cream, pencils and coloring books.
