The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has extended the pilot project for simplified marriage registration to Uzhgorod, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Sumy, Ternopil and Chernihiv.
According to the decree №10 of the Cabinet on January 11, the government added those cities to the list of those covered by the pilot project for the simplified state registration of marriage in the places chosen by applicants – the Interfax informs.
Previously, the project was implemented in Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Kherson, Mariupol, Severodonetsk, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Lutsk, Mykolayiv, Kamyanets-Podilsky, Rivne, Zhytomyr and Kharkiv.
By the way, over 3.5 thousand couples have benefited the simplified marriage registration service, which proves its popularity.
