Four blocks of residential buildings specifically for ATO participants will appear in Vynogradiv

The City Council deputies voted for this decision at the 14th session of the Vynogradiv City Council, which was also attended the participants in the military operations in the ATO zone – members of the NGO "War veterans of Vynogradiv district" and the "Union of veterans of the ATO, volunteers "Patriot".

 The public and participants of the ATO came to the regular session of the City Council in connection with the approval of detailed plans of territories and the subsequent allocation of land plots for the construction of individual residential houses in accordance with applications of the participants of the ATO, which were submitted to the City Council.

 Thus, free land plots were reserved for individual housing construction for participants of the the anti-terrorist operation, namely, in the following neighbourhoods of the city of Vynogradiv: Pershotravneva street – 30 land plots, Lermontov street – 70, Leizman-Kryvulyak street – 69, Herzen street – 70 land plots. Free land plots on the territory of the city of Vynogradiv for individual housing construction will be granted to the combatants – members of the territorial community of the city, residents registered in the territory of the city of Vynogradiv.

 Distribution of plots will be carried out by drawing lots by a commission, which will include the employees of the City Council, representatives of deputy commissions and public organizations. The draw will be held by December 1, 2017, with the participation of the ATO participants themselves, in the presence of representatives of NGOs and the media.
