The team of the State enterprise ‘Uzhgorod forestry’ ‘Uzhlis’ participated in the traditional international competition program ‘Tatranska Kosba’ and ‘Lesnytsky Spitsa goulash’. Competition from grass mowing was held for the eighth time and for the fourth time from goulash preparation.
‘Our task is not so much to win the competition among the foresters, as to show their knowledge and share Transcarpathian experiences – told Uzhgorod forestry director Ivan Kostiv.
24 foresters’ teams from Slovakia, Poland, and Ukraine gathered near the Polish border in Belovodsk valley in High Tatras.
The team Uzhlis returned back home with a good results. They won the first place in the competition among chefs and seventh in the competition among mowers.
