For 6 million hryvnias, the authors of the “water park” are ready to renovate the Uzhgorod Philharmonic

On September 27, the Capital Construction Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration signed an agreement with the PE "VIT Company" for the repair and restoration works in the regional Philharmonic worth 5.93 million hryvnias. This was reported in the "Journal of Public Procurement" – the "Nashi Hroshi" wrote.

By the end of next year, they should reinforce the foundation, strengthen the building of the Philharmonic with a metal belt, and replace the roof and decorative elements on it.

The tender was held under non-competitive procedure with one participant, since previously open tenders were twice canceled because of lack of a sufficient number of participants. The firm "VIT" was selected by the contractor because they have license for repair and restoration works on the monuments of architecture.

In 2009, Ivan Synetar became the owner and director of the "VIT" company, he heads it to this day. 

According to the "JPP", the company had never won tenders previously.In 2010, Ivan Synetar was an authorized representative of presidential candidate Serhiy Ratushniak, the former mayor of Uzhgorod. Also Synetar is the head of the "Aqua-Uzh" project – the creation of the recreation are in the Bozdosh park.
