Flower mini-guide of Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

Uzhgorod is blooming. Therefore, to help Uzhgorod residents and visitors see exotic flowers, we have made a flower mini-guide of the city.

Opposite the bus station №1, near the bus stop, a sakura tree is blooming.

On Kotsyubynsky street, next to the Orthodox Church, the flowers of poncirus (wild lemon) can be seen. The only other place where you can see it is the botanical garden of UzhNU on Olbracht street. And near the river, on the other side of the church, there are yellow bushes of the "golden shower" (laburnum tree).

There is another "golden shower" and several blooming fruit trees on Petofi Square in the park.

Near the bookstore "Kobzar", in the old city center, you can admire the blossoming almond.

And on Narodna Square, near the "White House", there are two magnolia bushes (Soulangis), which are now withering. Earlier, the white magnolia was blooming nearby (closer to the administration UzhNU).

On the neighboring Mytna Street, you can see a striking beauty of pink sakura flowers.

We promise to continue adding other exotic plants and their locations to the flower mini-guide.
