Family medicine in Transcarpathia will receive from the Hungarians medical equipment at almost 400,000 UAH

This was reported at the Consulate General of Hungary in the city of Uzhgorod .

The medical equipment needed for the work of family doctors was purchased with the funding of the Cabinet of the Commissioner of the Government of Hungary on cooperation and coordination of government activities on the development of the Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg region and Transcarpathia, in cooperation with the Union of Transcarpathians in Hungary.

The equipment will be handed over to the Transcarpathian Red Cross organization for subsequent delivery to doctors in 56 settlements of Transcarpathia, in particular, in Beregovo, Vynogradiv, Uzhgorod, Mukachevo and Khust districts, thus contributing to the development of the infrastructure of the family doctors’ system.

The total cost of the equipment is 38,359,719 Hungarian forints (almost 400,000 UAH).

Recall that the Government of Hungary gave Transcarpathia the measles vaccine.
