Everyone in quarantine: everything you need to know about the restrictions

From March 18, rail and bus transportation in Ukraine is canceled. The relevant decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with the threat of the coronavirus spread.
Cancellation of railway service
"Ukrzaliznytsya" stops transportation of passengers in domestic trains from 12:00 on March 18.
Restrictions apply to suburban, urban, intercity and long distance trains. The last scheduled trips ended on March 17. Ukrainians will receive refunds for the tickets.
The train stations are closed to visitors
From 12:00 March 18, entry to the railway station building is restricted. Ukrzaliznytsya informed that during the quarantine only the desks for ticket refunds will be open.
The international passenger service was canceled in connection with the coronavirus pandemic on the night of March 16-17, 2020.
Closed subway
At 23:00 on March 17, all subway stations in Kyiv were closed. Also, transportation of passengers in the Dnipro and Kharkiv subways was suspended until April 3.
Domestic bus transportation
From March 18 to April 3, passenger transportation between cities, within and between regions will be banned in Ukraine. Restrictions apply to regular and irregular car and bus passenger transportation.
Urban public transport will continue to operate. Due to the quarantine, from March 18, the number of passengers in buses, minibuses, trolleybuses, trams (in one wagon) will be limited to 10 people.
Staying home
On March 17, food establishments, shopping malls, hairdressing and entertainment facilities were closed all over Ukraine.

Insurance companies.
In addition, on March 14, 2020, the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine suspended the reception of citizens and the issuance of visas.
Coronavirus in Ukraine and in the world
As of 20:00 on March 17, 14 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in laboratory, 2 of which were lethal.
As of the morning of March 18, 198,004 laboratory confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) have been registered in the world, 7,948 of them were lethal, 81,947 recovered.
