On July 26, the Equality Festival will be held in Uzhgorod for the first time! In the past four years, there have already been ten such festivals with almost one hundred events: exhibitions, performances, lectures.
As stated in the information posted on the event Facebook page, the Equality Festival is a platform for combining culture, creativity and social activism, a space and an interactive discussion platform for diverse identities. The Equality Festival is an annual event that brings together various social groups in the fight against prejudice and discrimination. We strive to live in a society where there is dialogue and no violence. Together, we are creating a social dialogue in Ukraine with the help of art and friendly communication.
During the Equality Festival in Uzhgorod, you will be able to listen to lectures on relevant themes from the most famous experts of Ukraine, to see video art and learn more about art and human rights in general.
