September 19 Uzhgorod City District Court, with participation of Transcarpathian prosecutor to oversee compliance with the laws in the transport sector, made the judgment in the case of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus under Part 2 of Art.307 of Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal acquisition, possession with intent to sell and sale of narcotic substances).
The Belarussian was arrested by the police at the sale of cannabis during operational procurement at the international railway station Chop – the press service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region.
