Workers have started digging the foundation for the apartment building with in-built commercial premises, the construction of which began at Nezalezhnist embankment 9 (opposite the monument to A. Voloshin).
This construction, recall, caused a loud debate in social networks with different opinions on its appropriateness there. But nobody asked for public opinion, and the new building, according to the passport, will be ready by the end of this year.
