Despite the emergency measures in the energy sector, there will be no power outages in Transcarpathia

As previously reported, the state of emergency in the energy sector was introduced in Ukraine and, as a result, rolling power cuts are planned in several regions. As for Transcarpathia, the regional administration explained that Transcarpathia receives the lion’s share of electricity from Burshtyn power plant in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The work of this TPP is not dependent on the coal of "Anthracite" grade, therefore they assure that no power outages are planned due to the emergency measures in the energy sector.
