Today’s meeting of Uzhgorod city council has not yet begun. There are many members of the community in the hall, at 10.17 Victor Pogorelov started the session.
He said: "The agenda includes issues on the allocation of funds from budget surplus for last month to address the social programs of Uzhgorod (for repairs of schools, textbooks, housing). Those are social issues, and they need to be resolved. If the deputies do not attend the session, we will speak through the media."
In addition, Victor Pogorelov asked deputies to get registered in the hall and check if their cards work.
At 10.19, the session started. There are 32 deputies in the hall.
