The danger is lurking across the office of the Consulate General of the Republic of Hungary in Uzhgorod on Pravoslavna embankment. At any moment it could fall on you right from above.
The fact is that big branches on a tall tree, which once were broken by the wind, "landed"… on other branches. But with the next gust of wind they will fall down on the heads of passers-by. Because, there is a footpath beneath. And there are always a lot of pedestrians there. So, we appeal to public utilities of the city or the Office of the State Emergencies Service asking: prevent, rescue, help (the slogan of the said service).
