Czechs helped with the opening of a kindergarten in Zhornava

A modern kindergarten opened in the village of Zhornava in Velyky Berezny district. It is the first kindergarten in the village, and the queue is almost 60 children. The villagers would take kids to a nearby Stuzhytsya, 7 kilometers away.

The opening of the kindergarten in the village was organized together with Czech partners from Vysocina, who volunteered to help with the reconstruction of the building for the institution.

During 2013-2015, more than 600 thousand hryvnia has been allocated for this purpose from the regional budget. The same amount was provided by Vysocina. In total, the cost of reconstruction was more than UAH 1.7 million. Furniture was purchased for the regional budget funds.

Last week, a member of the council of Vysocina Martin Hisky, the first deputy chairman of the Regional Council Mykhailo Popovich, representatives of the local authorities took part in the solemn delivery of the project. There was also a children performance. For that, they received gifts from guests.
