CVU believe that installation of video cameras in polling stations was a gamble

Re-elections in troubled districts must take place no later than March.

This is the opinion of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine. However, experts acknowledge: the exact algorithm of re-election to the Council does not exist, since the decision of the Central Electoral Commission to re-electe deputies in 5 problematic majoritarian constituencies went beyond the legal field.

In fact, it requires the modifcation of the election law, otherwise the Parliament will continue working with 445 deputies.

Similarly, the Committee do not believe that the opposition will refuse from mandates. No one is enthusiastic about the idea.

Moreover, the law does not provide for re-election: instead of the party members who left, the ones next in the list must come.

And the Committee of Voters believes: installation of video cameras in polling stations was a gamble. The devices did not make the campaign more transparent. And for one billion of budget funds, the voters could only watch their parents voting.
