Criminal deals with land (document)

Two criminal proceedings regarding the allocation of land in the territory of the Bozdosh Park and the Peremoha Park have been initiated.

The Public Council at the Uzhgorod City Council reminds that they appealed to the city prosecutor’s office about the allocation of land in the territory of the Bozdosh Park and the Peremoha Park in Uzhgorod. As seen from the official answer, the Prosecutor’s Office in Uzhgorod has initiated two criminal proceedings, namely on the unauthorized occupation of land and the unauthorized construction and on the illegal forest felling in the Bozdosh park. Members of the Public Council hope that the city prosecutor Ivan Zareva will not close the criminal proceedings as quickly as he opened them, and hope that the cases will be brought to a logical conclusion both on the Bozdosh park and the Peremoha Park.
