Last month due to illness of the judge, considering the case of reinstatement of the former head physician of Uzhgorod Perinatal Center Ruslan Fedko in his former office, the hearing was canceled.
This time, it also was canceled, now due to the illness of the secretary of the judge. The hearing has been rescheduled for January 25 at 14.00. The judge asked representatives from the City Council, the prosecutor and the plaintiff to stay in order to personally receive claims for the next hearing.
