In Uzhgorod, rescuers eliminated the fire in a car "Mercedes"

January 20, at 19:22, the operational-rescue service of Uzhgorod received a report of a fire in a car "Mercedes Benz GL 550" on Bozhenko street.

Firefighters of the 15th State Fire and Rescue Unit were sent to eliminate the fire.   Upon their arrival, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames.

At 19:46 the fire was localized and at 20:52 – eliminated completely. According to preliminary estimates, the material damage amounts to 1,000,000 UAH, because the fire destroyed the front bumper, the engine compartment, the hood, the front wheels, the windshield, side and rear shields, car interior and paint.

The cause of the fire is to be established by the investigation.
