On October 9, in the club of the village of Turyi Remety in Perechyn district, one of the most famous children’s art collectives of the region "Turyanska Dolina" will celebrate the 16th anniversary.
The children’s dance ensemble was created and is headed by its artistic director and producer, Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine Ivan Pastelyak. Today, young talents from Perechyn district are known not only at home but also in other regions of Ukraine and abroad (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Austria, Croatia). The "exemplary" children’s dance ensemble "Turyanska Dolina" has been the winner of a number of competitions and festivals: from district to international.
The collective brings together kids and young people from different villages of Perechyn district. Currently, 80 members are mastering the intricacies of choreography in the younger, middle and older age groups.
The face of the ensemble "Turyanska Dolina" is its repertoire consisting of folk dances, taking into account the characteristics of the region and at the same time the national character.
The dancers will perform selected works from their heritage and sincerely invite all comers to the concert this Sunday. The beginning is at 16.00.
