The tax service keeps believing in the possibility of eradicating corruption in its ranks. For this purpose, the official website informs, the initiative "Pulse of the tax service" is implemented.

Tax service believes that in addition to bribe-takers, the innovation will help to expose bureaucrats who hinder business development.

This is a "hot-line" that works on the call-back principle: with mandatory notification of check results and actions taken.

From 8-30 to 19-30, operators receive the information about the wrongful actions taken, after hours – IVR. The project is personally supervised by the head of the tax service Oleksandr Klymenko.
