Budget of Transcarpathia: minus seven million

For the first half of the year, the budget of Transcarpathia has been fulfilled only at 95.6%, the regional treasury failed to receive nearly 6.5 million hryvnias. For the seven months of this year, this amount increased to seven million. This year’s budget execution is the worst in the last eleven years.  During January – June 2013, the general fund of the regional budget received taxes and duties (mandatory payments) in the amount of 131,217,800 hryvnias. The main source of budget forming is the tax on personal income, its share in revenues is 86.6%. The tax plan for this year has been performed at 94.3%, the underperformance is almost seven million hryvnias.  

Revenues of the Special Fund constitute only 92.2% compared to the same period in the last year. Protected items account for 87.5% of the total expenditures, in paricular, wages – 62.5%, payment for energy and utilities – 6%, medicines – 7.6%

For the first half of 2013, the regional budget has received transfers to general and special funds in the amount of 1,197,443,200 UAH.
