Boris Kuzma, Honored Artist of Ukraine, the head of the regional branch of the National Union of Artists believes that the tragic accident that occurred in the region could have been prevented.
"Law enforcement agencies do nothing. Have you ever seen policemen ensuring order? What are they here, if they do not provide security? I’m not a referee, but I can not just watch this happening. Intellectuals must do everything possible to prove that Transcarpathia is not a land of smuggling," – the artist says.
