In the area of the department "Solotvyno" of the Mukachevo detachment, a border patrol unit in collaboration with officers of the Security Service of Ukraine detained a citizen of Ukraine. The man intended to illegally move 5,000 packs of cigarettes to Romania.
He was detained on the bank of the Tisa river 10 meters from the state border.
The seized tobacco products were handed over to representatives of the State Fiscal Service.
