Border guards once again stopped smugglers by shooting

Border guards of the Mukachevo Detachment prevented another attempt of tobacco smuggling.

    During the patroling, border patrol of the department "Bohdan" consisting of conscripts detected and detained two people who were trying to carry across the border two packages of tobacco products.

The men were riding on a motorcycle, so, having noticed the border guards, they tried to escape. To stop the offenders, the soldiers made a warning shot in the air.

The smugglers and the packages containing 858 packs of cigarettes "Marble" without excise stamps were delivered to the unit.

    Reports on administrative violations were drawn up against the offenders. Their actions will be judged by court.
