The situation near the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration is tense. As was announced, demonstrators organized the protest at 8.00. The number of policemen today is much more. There is the information that they expect reinforcement.
People went to the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Transcarpathian region to find out who it is and what it is. Major General Vasyl Vartsaba came to talk to protesters. He said that it is Transcarpathian units of special forces returning from Kyiv, and stated that the police did not intend to use violence against the people.
