Today the chief of Transcarpathian police tried on the new police uniform.
Colonel Serhiy Knyazev in black attire was noticed by journalists near the RSA building. Allegedly he was going to show the patrol police uniform to Hennadiy Moskal and the meeting with the media people was accidental.
