The pictures showing the state of the well-known and beloved establishment in the heart of the city was posted by Oleksandr Hereshko on his page on Facebook.
"I have received from the director of the "Chervena Ruzha" Vitaliy Kushtan the information about the progress of work on the site. He promised to open it from outside in 2-3 months. These photos show the condition of the building when restorers started working on it. The first floor was infected by bark beetle, which has been exterminated. All sculptural elements have been restored (Sculptor Andriy Voznytsky). Wooden windows have been installed on upper floors. All decorations have been replaced.
They say that soon we will be able to verify this information."
Recall that recently the movement for protection of architectural heritage of the city was initiated in Uzhgorod.
