Basic rules for self-isolation if you have come back from a country where you are at increased risk of contracting coronavirus infection

If you are returning from countries with a high risk of coronavirus infection, you will first of all need to go into self-isolation, even if you do not have any symptoms of the disease. Please contact your family doctor by phone for advice.
Self-isolation is first and foremost avoiding contact with others to reduce the risk of infection.
If you have been advised or have made a decision about self-isolation, it should last no less than 14 days from the date of the event that caused the self-isolation (trip, contact with an infected person, etc.).
Try to plan self-isolation timing in such a way so you don’t have to leave the house or take visitors and guests. Explain this to your friends and relatives, and discuss the possibility of working remotely with your employer. Save your doctor’s contacts and let them know in advance about the reasons for the self-isolation decision, and choose a friend or a family member as a contact person.
If you live with your family or neighbors, you should isolate yourself in a separate, well-ventilated room. If possible, use a private bathroom and / or toilet, cook and eat separately.
Do not forget about general hygiene, regular hand washing with soap, cleaning, cough hygiene, use disposable wipes and handkerchiefs. When making contact with people, always wear a medical mask and dispose of it after use or contamination. If you have pets, isolate yourself from them as well, or at least minimize contact with them.
Try to avoid going shopping. If possible, ask friends or relatives to deliver food and necessary supplies to your front door, or use delivery services with remote payment.
