Baloha proposes another referendum!

"The events of recent weeks suggest that the Crimea alone is not enough for them. What can we oppose them with, in addition to the army? Referendum! That is, a nationwide expression that will show what the people of Ukraine – from Donbas to Transcarpathia – really want" – Victor Baloha said.

He explains:

– It is now becoming clear that our neighbor is going to drown all achievements of the Maidan in the massive unrest and separatism.

Their methods are known to all – propaganda, public disturbance, import of "tourists" and the invasion to protect "citizens." All this is disguised with supposedly public opinion, and supposedly real wish of Ukrainians.

The events of recent weeks suggest that the Crimea alone is not enough for them. What can we oppose them with, in addition to the army? Referendum! That is, a nationwide expression that will show what the people of Ukraine – from Donbas to Transcarpathia – really want. This is what will allow to take the initiative from Putin and Yanukovych and will not let divide the country under false pretexts. 

I think such a referendum must include the following questions:
1. About the form of state structure of Ukraine: unitary or federal.
2. About the form of state rule: parliamentary, presidential or mixed.
3. About NATO membership.
4. About membership in the European Union.

I am sure the results will surprise even the biggest skeptics. And this is the argument, which even the "referendum supporter" – the Russian Federation would find hard to argue against.

Therefore, I appeal to the Acting President and leaders of parliamentary factions: if we do not hold the referendum, it will be organized by "green men". The result is not difficult to guess.
