Due to the critical reduction in supply of fuel for thermal power plants, emergency shutdown of units at the Zaporizhzhya NPP and to prevent disruption of the united electrical system of Ukraine, please reduce electricity consumption during peak load in the period from 8 to 11 and from 16 to 21.
If the voluntary reduction of electricity consumption in the above period is reached, forced shutdown (limitation of consumption) in the region can be avoided.
Additionally, we inform you that the most energy-intensive appliances are electric kettles, microwaves, irons, washing machines.
The prosecutor’s office checks the legality of "scandalous land decisions" of Uzhgorod City Council
Given the urgency, numerous publications in the media, prosecutor’s office organized the check of compliance with the law during the disposal of land resources by Uzhgorod City Council, including the decision of the City Council dd. November 7, 2014.
Currently, the Prosecutor’s Office sent the state inspectorate of agriculture in Transcarpathian Region the instruction to take appropriate measures for state control of land within their competence.
Based on the relevant findings of the said control body and if there are any ground under the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution", the regional prosecution office will take response measures to protect the interests of the state represented by the community of Uzhgorod.
