During two days – on February 17 and 18 – the festival-fair "Medovukha-fest" will be held in Uzhgorod. It is organized by the Association of Beekeepers of Transcarpathia with the support of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and Uzhgorod City Council. The holiday will unfold in the center of the city, on Nezalezhnist embankment.
Honey and honey products will be presented by the best beekeepers from all over Transcarpathian region. Transcarpathian winemakers, folk craftsmen and leading farmers will also join them. The guests will be entertained with a concert program and will be able enjoy the dishes of Transcarpathian cuisine.
The highlight of the holiday this year will be a master class on honey vodka making and its tasting.
The official opening of the festival-fair "Medovukha-fest" will be held on February 17 at 12 o’clock.
