At one of the Transcarpathian polling stations, ballots were issued without passports

During the voting at one of the polling stations in Transcarpathian region, citizens were not asked to present passports of Ukrainian citizens to receive a ballot, the Opora Civic Network reported.
In particular, residents of the village of Synevyr, Khust district, Transcarpathian region, voted without verification. There, PEC members did not ask villagers to show their passports. Opora reported that a woman received a ballot from a PEC member without confirmation of her identity and went to the voting booth with it.
By the way, experts say that this is often common in rural areas, as members of territorial election commissions and voters are residents of sparsely populated areas, so they explain such violations with "We all know each other in person anyway."
In addition, during the first few hours of voting, many violations have been recorded throughout Ukraine, in particular: a member of the commission helped a voter to fill out a ballot, two persons in one booth, discrepancies in the number of protocols, possible transportation of voters to the polling station, etc.
