The assistant of the deputy Valeriy Cherniakov – Tomas Lelekach has been convicted under Article 185 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences – persistent failure to obey police officers. It was announced today, October 16, by Uzhgorod City and District Court judge V. Domnitsky. Tomas Lelekach is going to appeal the decision in the Court of Appeal.
