An Uzhgorod resident tried to steal a gas boiler (PHOTOS)

The thief was caught by law enforcement officers when he was climbing over the fence with stolen boiler.

The Patrol Police Department reported that yesterday, July 15, around noon, on Ukrainska Street, inspectors noticed a man who had jumped over the fence of a house holding a gas boiler.

Noticing the policemen, the thief got nervous and tried to avoid them.

It was soon found out that the man had just stolen the gas boiler from a house which is not lived in. The Uzhgorod resident planned to sell the stolen goods at a scrap metal reception point.

Patrol policemen called an investigative team to the scene to establish all the circumstances of the theft.
